Paolo Nutini~new shoes and fish/chips* salmon and sweet potatoes





Fry cut up sweet potato strips in oil until golden brown. Medium heat..they cook up fast.Drain oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Fry salmon on both sides until golden brown. add salt
Serve with tarter sauce; mayonaise, chopped pickles and dash of vinigar, hot sauce, pinch of salt and dill.
